Heidelberg Home – Partially Styled

I visit many properties that are due to be put on the market, that often haven’t had their interiors touched in many, many years.  This property in Heidelberg is an example of where the bones of the property are good and they have a few good furniture pieces that can be incorporated into the styling.

Guiding the vendor to make small changes to best present the home for sale is paramount.  Changes such as removing lace curtains to allow more light in, removing existing artwork/photos, decluttering and removing furniture that cannot be salvaged create a cleaner, more presentable home ready to be partially styled.

In the dining area, we removed the dated table cloth and the top section of the wall unit.  These small changes immediately made the space feel more open and modern.

In the back living room, all the existing furniture was removed creating a light and bright space with new furniture.

The bedroom had the lamps, bedhead, and artwork removed and contemporary but still traditionally styled furnishings were added in their place.
